What will it look like?

As a Student Assistant, you'll play a vital part in transforming data into actionable insights that drive smarter pricing decisions across Hempel. Your work will directly support our Double Impact strategy – helping us grow while reducing our environmental footprint.

You’ll support automation, digital tools, and scalable analytics that are changing how we approach pricing – and you’ll gain valuable experience in a dynamic, international environment.

What are some of your day to day tasks?

  • Dive into real-world pricing challenges with ad hoc business and performance analyses

  • Create and maintain Excel and Power BI tools for reporting that supports decision-making

  • Help build scalable pricing models and insightful dashboards

  • Turn complex data into compelling presentations and visual stories

  • Collaborate with passionate professionals across teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment

What do we look for in you?

  • You’re currently studying Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or something similar

  • You know your way around Excel and are eager to grow your skills in Power BI

  • You may have dabbled in SQL, Python, or R, or you’re curious to learn

  • You have a keen eye for detail, and you love solving problems

  • You’re collaborative, curious, and always ready to learn

  • Bonus points if you’re excited about AI, automation, or digital tools
