Job description

About Us

Compensation is more than a paycheck, and traditional approaches don't adequately reflect it or the way people work today.

We're on a mission to change that. We see compensation as everything a company gives its people in return for the work they do. It should be easier to understand, offer, manage and spend.

Long-term, we're working towards becoming the place where compensation happens and is managed by those who award and receive it. We're on our way to coining the term "Compensation-as-a-service".

We’re proud to be backed by leading European VC funds, having raised over €20 million.

About You
  • You have experience onboarding clients, ideally onto SaaS products in HRTech, FinTech, or other B2B platforms. You understand what successful digital product adoption looks like.
  • You’re great at designing and managing operational processes, and you love making things run smoothly, efficiently, and at scale.
  • You build strong client relationships from day one, guiding them with clarity and empathy through their first steps.
  • You’re always looking to improve how things are done, from onboarding playbooks and automations to training sessions and internal workflows.
  • You’re comfortable in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment, and you know how to stay organised, prioritise effectively, and solve problems proactively.
  • You’re tech-savvy and confident using tools like Hubspot, Notion, Slack, Intercom, and project tracking platforms.
  • You collaborate easily across teams, especially with Sales, Customer Support, Operations and Product, to deliver a seamless and consistent client experience.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish (internally, we work exclusively in English and with clients it'll be exclusively Spanish).

The Role

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and go-live process with new Coverflex clients. You'll ensure each client has a smooth, clear experience aligned with their goals, from the moment the contract is signed to their first month post-launch.

On a typical day, you will...

  • Coordinate sales handovers with the Sales team and run the initial client check-in.
  • Lead the onboarding process from contract signature to one month after go-live.
  • Deliver training sessions for both B2B clients and end users, helping them understand how to use the Coverflex product.
  • Create and execute the client launch plan, tailoring it to each client’s needs and ensuring a successful rollout.
  • Monitor onboarding progress to meet timeline expectations and ensure adoption.
  • Focus on conversion goals and onboarding metrics, tracking success at every step.
  • Guide and support the client throughout the onboarding journey, ensuring an excellent experience.
  • Prepare and manage the handover to the assigned Customer Success Manager, ensuring a smooth and complete transition.
