Work Schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (AEST) | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (PH Time)

Methodology IT is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher  Service Coordinator to remotely manage and triage incoming support requests for our managed IT services team. This role is essential to ensuring  fast, accurate, and professional service by prioritizing tickets, assigning work to the right technicians, and maintaining consistent communication with clients.

What You'll Do
  • Monitor and triage all incoming service requests via email, phone, and our ticketing system (HaloPSA)
  • Prioritize and categorise tickets according to impact and urgency
  • Assign tickets to the appropriate technician based on skill set, availability, and workload
  • Follow up on ticket progress to ensure timely updates and resolution
  • Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of tickets, time entries, and communications
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding updates and scheduling
  • Identify recurring issues and assist in documenting internal support processes and procedures


Requirements

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Fluent, professional-level English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Prior experience in a service coordination or help desk role (MSP experience a plus)
  • Familiarity with documenting internal processes and standard operating procedures
  • Experience with PSA systems (HaloPSA preferred) and common IT support tools
