We’re looking for a sharp, experienced Home Health Care Administrator to lead the operational engine of a growing, physician-led home health agency. Reporting directly to the agency’s leadership, you'll be the central point of coordination between patients, clinicians, referral partners, and internal systems. This is a 100% remote role, tailored for someone with deep expertise in home health administration and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
Coordinate day-to-day operations including patient intake, scheduling, and internal communications
Oversee compliance tracking, documentation processes, and clinician credentialing
Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMRs) using platforms such as WellSky, Axxess, or TherapySync
Manage referrals, ensuring timely and professional communication with doctors and clinical staff
Assist with internal hiring initiatives and onboarding of new team members
