You’ll be at the heart of the marketing function — blending strategic planning with hands-on execution to shape the brand's online identity and fuel its continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage engaging email campaigns and blog content that resonate with customers and drive product sales.
Collaborate with management to develop innovative marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee and optimize Google Ads campaigns (AdWords expertise required), while working closely with an SEO agency to enhance visibility.
Lead content planning and scheduling across social media platforms to support product launches and marketing initiatives.
Conduct market research to uncover new trends, product opportunities, and competitor insights.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure product descriptions are accurate, persuasive, and aligned with brand tone.
Use Excel for data management, including product uploads and campaign tracking.
Stay agile and organized while handling ad-hoc marketing tasks and supporting cross-functional projects.
Strong writing and content creation skills, with a knack for developing compelling campaigns and messaging.
Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or Canva.
Confident working with Excel, including formulas for data analysis and content uploads.
Familiarity with Amazon Marketplace and best practices in e-commerce product listings.
Creative yet data-driven, with excellent research abilities and attention to detail.
Highly organized and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive team player who’s comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Knowledge of boating or marine products is a plus, but not essential.
