Keyapp is the Ukrainian product IT company which creates and develops the platform for mobile apps promotion with the aim to help developers to increase the organic traffic for iOS and Android applications in all over the world.

Currently, we are looking for an independent and responsible person who knows how to conduct negotiations and help the clients;-)

 

 

Job Description

NB! Working hours: 13:00-22:00 on a permanent basis, Saturday and Sunday are days off.

  • work in the first line of customer support: advising clients on the operation of the platform (live chats, emails), transferring of client requests to responsible specialists
  • introducing clients to the service's referral and bonus program, promotions, and discounts
  • helping clients choose a strategy to promote their products on our platform
  • answering customer messages and comments under posts in social networks (Facebook, forums, TG channels)

Qualifications
  • Upper-Intermediate and a higher level of English (knowledge of an additional foreign language will be an advantage as clients are from all over the world)

  • higher education in the field of philology, marketing

  • experience of working with clients (1 year+)

  • experienced user of PC, Google services
