Job Description

Client Name: State of Louisiana

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

 Develop, test and debug code for the support of a record and information management system.

 Provide ongoing application, infrastructure and technical support to ensure business continuity.

 Provide support for records and information management activities including the operation of equipment, scanning, document review and document classification.

 Coordination with IT staff (State and Contractors) to implement requirements.

 Migrate documents and records from a legacy content manager solution to new electronic document management solution.

 

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

 3+ years’ experience working with enterprise-level RIM systems, including system design, implementation, and management.

 3+ years’ DB2 experience.

 3+ years’ .NET experience.

 

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:

 IBM Content Navigator and IBM Content Manager.  Experience supporting and developing in Kofax versions 11+.

 Experience developing, testing and debugging code for the support of a record and information management system.

 Experience in analyzing data to improve records management processes and systems.

 Ability to provide ongoing application, infrastructure and technical support to ensure business continuity.

 Experience supporting records and information management activities including the operation of equipment, scanning, document review and document classification.

 Experience planning upgrades and patches and oversee testing environments.

 Experience supporting the Department of Public Safety Kofax and content management solution.
