Job description

This is a remote position.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Paid Advertising Specialist with a strong focus on lead generation through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to support the franchise recruitment section of our business and acquired businesses. In this role, you will create and manage high-performing paid campaigns that generate quality leads, helping our clients expand their networks. The ideal candidate will also have B2B and B2C experience - driving leads will be essential for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, implement, and optimise paid advertising strategies across Meta and GoogleAds platforms.

  • Design campaigns specifically focused on generating high-quality franchise leads.

  • Continuously monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI and meet client growth targets.

  • Manage client ad spend budgets.

  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to produce engaging ad copy and visuals.

  • Prepare detailed performance reports and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.



Requirements

SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in running successful Meta and Google lead generation campaigns, with a strong emphasis on B2B lead generation.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • A deep understanding of targeting, retargeting, and audience segmentation to drive conversions.

  • Experience in developing and managing B2B marketing strategies.

  • Strong English skills, both written and spoken.

  • An eye for creativity to design or advise on high-performing creative.
