Digital Project Manager

Fully Remote; Possible temp-to-perm

Long Term Care product is building a health and well-being website site for its policyholders and is looking for an experienced project manager that is comfortable with working in an agile-waterfall hybrid format. This resource will be supporting multiple inter-related business-focused workstreams alongside multiple agile teams. The successful candidate would be a solid team player who can think big picture, while driving tactical outcomes. Our team welcomes all ideas and all perspectives. Knowledge of Agile Project Management practices is required. Experience with Product Owner responsibilities is a plus. General project management activities would include:
• Collaborating with the Program Management Team, and Product Owners to provide central leadership for planning, management and execution of the project, ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
• Facilitating the development of milestone project goals, user stories and the identification of task dependencies.
• Assisting with project documentation as well as operational documentation developed in support of the project.
• Maintaining an in-depth focus on activities related to the workstream tasks, and identifying issues or risks related to timelines, scope and budget.
• Assisting with status reporting and meeting facilitation at both the workstream and the executive level.
