Responsibilities
  • Reach out to potential clients via phone and email in Dutch.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and assist with initial inquiries.
  • Support the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of potential clients.
  • Provide insights and feedback on lead interactions to improve our outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and a basic understanding of English.
  • No prior experience required; a strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail are important.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus, but training will be provided.
  • Open to relocation with the support of a fully paid relocation package.
  • Able to attend a 3-month fully paid training in Greece (paid relocation).
