About the Client
The client is a fast-paced U.S.-based marketing agency supporting high-growth startups, primarily in the digital health and healthcare space. Their team acts as an extension of their clients’ internal marketing departments, providing strategic direction and technical execution across a wide range of marketing operations and automation initiatives.

About the Role
The client is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist who is deeply familiar with CRM, RevOps, and marketing automation platforms. You’ll manage platform implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting across multiple client accounts. This role requires a strong grasp of CRM structures, data flow, reporting frameworks, and automation best practices to help clients unlock maximum value from their tech stacks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead CRM and marketing automation setup and configuration (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, Apollo)
  • Create custom fields, pipelines, workflows, and automation sequences
  • Conduct data imports, migrations, deduplication, and integration with websites/forms/tools
  • Maintain and optimize lead flows, scoring models, workflows, and segmentation logic
  • Troubleshoot sync errors, technical bugs, and campaign setup issues
  • Build dashboards and performance reports; support UTM tracking and attribution setup
  • Visualize funnel metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline velocity) and drive data-based insights
  • Create documentation and provide client training to ensure tool adoption and best practices
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve marketing operations performance across accounts

Requirements

  • 5+ years in CRM management, RevOps, or Marketing Operations (agency or in-house)
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, and Apollo
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnel stages, lead scoring, lifecycle management, and campaign workflows
  • Proficiency in building reports and dashboards; data-driven mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable in client-facing settings
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects across different clients

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Zapier and API-based integrations
  • Familiarity with Clay, ZoomInfo, FreshSales, or other sales/ops enablement tools
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS or digital health clients
