About the Client

Our client is a digital engagement and loyalty solutions company founded in 2003 and headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. They specialize in creating web, social, and mobile experiences that help brands connect with their most valuable customers. Their services include promotions, loyalty programs, and customer engagement platforms for both B2B and B2C clients.

About the Position

The successful candidate will work closely with our account, strategy and technology teams to design, configure and implement loyalty programs for major B2C and B2B clients on our loyalty platform. Proven experience managing complex project implementations with strategic and technical deliverables is required.

What You’ll Do:

Work collaboratively with Account Director to manage successful client communication, project planning, project delivery and flawless execution
Lead projects to successful conclusion, including but not limited to managing defined scope and deliverables, completing on schedule and within budget
Creating and maintaining detailed project plans within project management software.
Forecasting and coordinating anticipated resource requirements
Ability to effectively document and communicate client requirements and serve as liaison between client and internal development and implementation teams.
Managing project budgets, including execution of addendums when needed.
Ability to work with technical team members.

Requirements

5+ years of experience managing digital projects, website releases, platform development or software development in tech or digital advertising or marketing agency environments.
Experience with Project Management software, Google GSuite, JIRA, Slack, and other tools that support project management such as Teamwork, Basecamp, and SmartSheets.
Technical aptitude and ability to communicate effectively with web designers and front and back end developers.
Undergraduate university degree.
Experience working in Waterfall & Agile scrum development methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to develop a detailed project plan by phase.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, problem-solving skills.
