You’ve driven 30–50% average annual client growth
You’ve managed at least 5 accounts with €100k+ ad spend
You’ve managed at least 2 accounts with €500k+ ad spend
You’ve overseen 5 accounts in the push (paid social) area
You lead client update calls and take ownership of weekly reporting
You create customized strategic frameworks and growth roadmaps for your clients
You guide your clients from their current performance state to their strategic targets
You coordinate directly with tracking and creative teams
You mentor and lead the performance managers, taking responsibility for client growth and team development
You manage capacity planning within your pod
You serve as a key interface with the sales team, conducting audits and assessing potential new clients
You possess a deep understanding of each client's business, including controlling and strategic objectives
You integrate financial performance into your optimization strategies—focusing on net profit, not just Google Ads KPIs
