Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice on estate planning and business formation matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents including wills, trusts, contracts, and business formation paperwork.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored legal solutions.
  • Stay current on legal developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in estate planning and business law.
What We’re Looking For
  • Active membership with the State Bar (in good standing)
  • Private practice experience required
  • Residency in the state where licensed highly preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of estate plan drafting experience
  • Comfortable with virtual communication (Zoom, phone, etc.)
  • Business formation experience highly desirable
  • Medicaid Planning experience preferred
  • Knowledge in special needs, real estate, elder law, taxation, and asset protection is a plus
  • Additional state bar admissions and bilingual skills are a plus
