Cold Caller with Digital Marketing Experience (Remote) 3pr hr

We are a growing digital marketing agency seeking driven and persuasive Cold Callers to help generate leads and set appointments with potential clients. Our focus is on helping businesses grow through digital strategies such as SEO, social media, paid ads, and content marketing.

Position Overview:
The Cold Caller will be responsible for reaching out to small-to-medium-sized businesses, introducing our digital marketing services, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our sales team. Prior experience in digital marketing is required to effectively communicate our offerings and engage potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential business clients using provided scripts and leads.
• Identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on their digital marketing needs.
• Effectively communicate our services (SEO, social media, PPC, web design, etc.).
• Set appointments or live transfers to our account executives or closers.
• Keep accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes using CRM tools.
• Meet daily and weekly KPIs for dials, contacts, and conversions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cold caller or telemarketer in the digital marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, etc.).
• Fluent English speaker with a confident and professional phone presence.
• Ability to handle objections and navigate conversations to maintain interest.
• Reliable internet connection, headset, and a quiet working environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
