GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is seeking an energetic and driven individual to fill the position of Service Advisor and Lead Generator. In this unique role, you will be responsible for not only assisting customers with their service needs but also generating new business leads to grow our customer base. Your strong communication skills and automotive knowledge will be instrumental in providing exceptional service while actively promoting our services.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their automotive service needs, providing solutions and recommendations.
  • Manage service appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and workflow within the service department.
  • Create detailed estimates and work orders, clearly communicating service options to customers.
  • Communicate with technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure timely service execution.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to gather feedback and enhance customer relationships.
  • Identify potential leads through customer interactions, promotions, and community outreach.
  • Utilize various marketing strategies to generate new leads and convert inquiries into appointments.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and lead generation activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to effectively promote services.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, in sales, or in a related role within the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and identify business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on clear and effective interactions.
  • Proficient in multitasking and managing time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of automotive repair processes and terminology.
  • Familiarity with computer software for scheduling and customer management.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, as required.
