Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish via email, phone, and chat
  • Provide assistance to content creators with platform-related questions and solutions
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our support ticket system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay user feedback and enhance our services
  • Guide clients on best practices for content creation and audience engagement
  • Participate in training sessions to remain knowledgeable about all platform features

Requirements
