We're looking for someone with atleast one year of hands-on experience in Lead Generation — As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will take full ownership of outbound outreach, making cold calls, identifying qualified leads, and booking appointments directly into the sales team's calendar.
Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects across target markets
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
Conduct light research on industries or companies to tailor outreach
Maintain accurate records in HubSpot (or client CRM)
Follow scripts while adapting naturally to real-time conversations
Provide regular updates and feedback to supervisors
Proven cold calling experience (minimum 1 year)
Appointment setting background
Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience is a plus
Lead generation and outbound prospecting experience
Exceptional English communication skills — both verbal and written
Strong, energetic, and outgoing personality
Understands the buyer's journey and how to build rapport with decision-makers
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs is a big plus
Tech-savvy and comfortable working in fast-paced, remote environments
Work remotely, collaborate with international clients, and help drive business success with data-driven insights!
Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - 65,000 per month
