We are growing rapidly in the U.S. and globally across Telecom and Electric Utilities.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced and high-performing Account Executive to drive sales into both new and existing customers in the telecommunications and electric utility sectors. This individual must have deep industry experience, a strong professional network, and a proven ability to sell enterprise-grade software to infrastructure-focused organizations.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Drive net-new revenue and expand relationships within existing customer accounts
  • Identify, qualify, and close opportunities with telecom operators, electric utilities, and EPCs
  • Collaborate with sales engineering, product, marketing, and customer success teams to tailor solutions
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, often involving RFPs, technical demos, and executive engagement
  • Use CRM and sales enablement tools to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and report KPIs
  • Represent Render at key industry events and conferences to build pipeline and brand awareness

  • What You Bring
  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in construction, construction management software, fiber deployment tools, or utility operations tech
  • Existing relationships and deep understanding of the telecom and/or electric utility sectors
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding quota and closing 6-7 figure deals
  • Ability to navigate complex sales processes and influence C-level decision makers
  • A passion for infrastructure technology, innovation, and customer success
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
