The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced and high-performing Account Executive to drive sales into both new and existing customers in the telecommunications and electric utility sectors. This individual must have deep industry experience, a strong professional network, and a proven ability to sell enterprise-grade software to infrastructure-focused organizations.
What You’ll Do
Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Drive net-new revenue and expand relationships within existing customer accounts
Identify, qualify, and close opportunities with telecom operators, electric utilities, and EPCs
Collaborate with sales engineering, product, marketing, and customer success teams to tailor solutions
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, often involving RFPs, technical demos, and executive engagement
Use CRM and sales enablement tools to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and report KPIs
Represent Render at key industry events and conferences to build pipeline and brand awareness
What You Bring
7+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in construction, construction management software, fiber deployment tools, or utility operations tech
Existing relationships and deep understanding of the telecom and/or electric utility sectors
Demonstrated success in exceeding quota and closing 6-7 figure deals
Ability to navigate complex sales processes and influence C-level decision makers
A passion for infrastructure technology, innovation, and customer success
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
