Job description

This is a remote position.

Philippine-based (Filipino) applicants.



An amazing opportunity to work with an Australian Universal Design and Accessibility Company for an experienced, vibrant, and highly motivated professional. This position will ideally suit an architectural graduate looking for a change, with the opportunity to make a positive impact on the built environment. Reporting to the Director and working with direction from the team you will be self-starting, highly organised and experienced professional with experience in working in a virtual environment. You will have construction, project and architectural design experience with a passion to help promote equitable access for everyone.



Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with reviews of architectural drawings using checklists and other tools
  • Assisting with preparing design reviews and technical reports
  • Creating PDF reports using Adobe/Bluebeam
  • Developing standard drawing layouts and preparing basic drawings of architectural features
  • Project coordination and administration duties
  • Liaising with clients and external parties
  • Participating in regular and ongoing professional and personal development activities and company events
  • Actively contribute to a safe and healthy work environment
  • Any other duties and project work as reasonably requested



Requirements
  • Architectural degree qualified
  • At least 2 years of experience in an architectural design field
  • Exceptional technical skills in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in using architectural drawing software and the ability to prepare basic drawings
  • Experience with reviewing and marking up drawings in Bluebeam Revu is preferred but not essential
  • Strong task and time management skills
  • A desire to help promote equitable access for everyone
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • The ability to learn Australian building codes and standards
  • Highly organized, process-oriented
  • Proactive results driven and efficient

Work Environment & Expectations

While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

• Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)

• Use of time tracking software during work hours

• Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON

• Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift

• Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task

 

⏱ Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits
  1. Monthly Salary: Php50,000
  2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
  3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
  4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation               
    * 10 days annual leave credits
    * 5 days of sick leave


  5. HMO Offered after 6-months' probation
  6. 13th Month Pay after 30 days
  7. Annual Salary Review
  8. Laptop provided after 30 days
  9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
  10. SHIFT TIMES: 6:30AM to 3:30PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
