Bits of your job:

  • Take ownership of CRO efforts across multiple brands and funnels.

  • Launch and monitor A/B tests via our internal A/B testing tool.

  • Analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and heatmaps to uncover optimization opportunities.

  • Run and manage A/B and multivariate testing-set up hypotheses, track results, and interpret findings.

  • Identify high-impact areas for improvement across the user journey (especially checkout and upsells).

  • Translate insights into actionable improvements that increase CR, AOV, and user satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, product, IT) to plan and execute changes.

  • Document test results and share key learnings with the broader team.
