This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day flexible within 8am to 6pm Mountain

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing sports technology company as their first administrative team member. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations while working with products that are genuinely changing how athletes train and improve. This part-time remote position offers the perfect blend of administrative variety and exposure to cutting-edge sports technology, making it ideal for someone passionate about fitness and athletics who wants to contribute to meaningful innovation in the sports industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Categorize approximately 30 monthly transactions in QuickBooks (basic expense categorization for rent, utilities, legal fees, etc.)
  • Generate and distribute weekly sales reports
  • Order and manage shipping supplies including FedEx materials and other drop-shipped items
  • Generate marketing performance reports from various advertising platforms
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks as the business continues to grow
  • Potentially interpret Facebook Meta ads performance (as skills develop)

Requirements:

  • Basic QuickBooks experience or familiarity preferred, particularly with expense categorization and report generation
  • Interest in sports, fitness, or athletic training
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple basic tasks
  • Reliable internet connection and computer setup
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes
