Job description

This is a remote position.

KraftPixel is a bespoke IT development services company grateful to be working with clients like smallcase, HDFC, IIFL didate with the basic functional know-how of HR responsibilities so that she/he can seamlessly work on hiring, culture and long-term nurturing of talent at the company. Also, someone who understands the basics of business and can come up with fixes for loopholes or ideas for growth of the company proactively within the talent acquisition and management missions.


Your Missions at KraftPixel
  1. Learning and managing HR responsibilities, to meet the KPIs - number of relevant candidates in pipeline, before-time hiring for positions (keeping capacity at 125%), culture growth, etc.
  2. Practically learning to support the PeopleOps team by maintaining Google Sheets to keep relevant stakeholders updated on the progress of PeopleOps goals
  3. Practically learning to support the talent acquisition and management missions by contributing relevant ideas and making progress with the team.


Requirements

Must have Hard Skills that you will be working on acquiring:

Technical Competence
  1. Google sheets and other relevant collaborative softwares. Ability to catch up with hiring systems being used quickly.
  2. PeopleOps skills - talent hunting, negotiations, building JDs, Onboarding, employee engagement etc.
  3. A mindset that understands how an IT business functions and can come up with ideas for the growth of the organization
  4. Basic theoretical knowledge about coding languages in use at the company
  5. Analytical and Task Planning skills towards achievement of hiring goals

Must have Soft Skills that you will be practically learning on acquiring:

Human Resources
  1. Proficient English communication skills, both written as well as spoken English
  2. An attitude of high ownership and accountability in everything you do at KraftPixel. Outcome > Output always.
  3. Time management
  4. Constructive feedback gathering and feedback giving skills
As this is a trainee position, the candidate will be required to use their own laptop for work.

Benefits
As a part of this internship:
  • This is a minimum 9 months to a maximum 15 months internship. Your initial stipend will be set to 2.5k; your stipend will increase with time between a range of 0 - 2.5k every 3 months of internship depending on whether you acquire the necessary skillsets as a reward for your dedication. During this entire time, you also need to work on your feedback so that you can grow in your skillset and in this role. This will increase to a max limit of Rs. 12.5k/month.
  • Upon completion of 12 months of internship, a full-time job offer will be presented to the candidates who have performed nothing short of excellent. You have to clock 198 hours compulsorily in a month, so if you are a student with offline college, this internship may not work for you.
  • If you are not selected for a full-time offer, you will receive a neat-looking certificate that will help you further your career. 
  • Certificate only if you complete 6 months of internship, and LOR or full time job (subject to excellent performance) between 9th and 12th month of internship. 
Please refrain from applying if you are a non-final semester student or you cannot commit for the full internship duration of 9 months.

Work Timings and Leave Policy
  • Monday to Friday + working saturdays (10 am to 7 pm) , remote working.
  • 1 paid leave allowed per month





Salary:

Paid Internship with progressively increasing stipend upto Rs. 12.5K/month
