About the Role:

As an Investment Analyst, you will become the analytical cornerstone of the company’s investment decision-making process. Your role will span sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring cutting-edge investment opportunities while supporting the firm’s high-stakes admission board. Working in a lean, agile team, you'll be deeply involved in portfolio analytics, intelligence gathering, and strategic execution. This is a critical position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-trust environment and is passionate about the venture capital space

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and present high-quality investment opportunities through deep due diligence on company performance, operations, and risk.

• Maintain and update a proprietary intelligence database of target companies and shareholders.

• Identify under-the-radar “hidden champions” in the tech and startup landscape to feed the investment pipeline.

• Track and assess performance metrics of current portfolio companies.

• Collaborate with the analytics team to manage valuation updates and monitoring processes.

• Support the admission board with strategic insights and board-level presentations.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in finance, such as investment analysis, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and present to executive or board-level stakeholders

• Strong research and analytical skills with a meticulous approach to data and insight generation.

• Self-starter with a founder’s mindset, capable of independent decision-making and high ownership.

• Cross-functional or operational experience in a startup or scale-up environment is a strong plus.

• Passion for innovation, with a desire to work on mission-critical tasks that shape long-term value.

• Excellent organisational skills and a structured mindset with high attention to detail

• Ability to work aligned to British Standard Time working hours
