Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, product, and technical roles. You’ll work directly with hiring managers and tech clients, balancing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, startup-friendly environment. 🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end hiring process for engineering and technical roles

  • Conduct technical screens to assess capabilities and fit

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to align hiring expectations

  • Keep your pipeline organized, active, and clean in our ATS

  • Deliver a top-notch candidate experience from first touch to offer

  • Suggest improvements to sourcing strategies, interview flow, and hiring metrics

  • Available to work PST or EST hours as needed
