We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager based in the US. You will be responsible for managing and growing an assigned group of emerging Dropsuite partners in US.  

 

This role involves building strong partner relationships, collaborating on plans to increase Dropsuite attach rates with the partners’ base of customers, and advocating for the needs of those partners internally with key Dropsuite stakeholders.  

 

Our ideal candidate is passionate about using a combination of analytical skills and channel business acumen to identify problems, find solutions, and improve relationships. To succeed in this role, you should have relevant sales and client experience along with a demonstrated record of channel-selling success. 

 

Work Arrangement 

  • Full-time position 
  • Remote work model  
  • Monday to Friday, 5-day work week (flexible work schedule)  
  • Eligible to reside and work in USA (Citizens or Green Card Holders only in selected states
    – please see below)
     

 

This position is open exclusively to candidates who reside in and are authorised to work in the following U.S. States where we currently have employee presence: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Nebraska, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington. Key Accountabilities 

  • Own overall relationship with assigned partners in the US Central Territory, which includes managing onboarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction. 
  • Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services. 
  • Maintain and develop partner success strategies and best practices, as well as customer sales content, with the help of the sales manager & marketing team. 
  • Possess strong executive presence with both partners and internally, supported by strong acumen, skills, and consistent grasp of the Dropsuite business. 
  • Voice of the partner - communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (senior-level management, Product and Marketing leaders, etc.) to educate on partner needs, risks in retention and growth, and opportunities to gain share. 
  • Maintain existing partner metrics and data as directed. 
  • Facilitate interaction and workflow between project team members, including marketing & product, to ensure deliverables are on time. 
  • Prepare necessary documentation or visuals for partners to demonstrate the performance of campaigns. 
  • Work with the sales and marketing team to drill customer references and develop case studies. 

 

Qualifications and Competencies  

  • Strong understanding of the MSP (Managed Service Provider) channel and SaaS-based business models. 
  • 3-5 years of successful partner management experience with expertise in marketing, sales, and account management. 
  • Proven ability to influence partner decision-makers and drive product adoption and revenue growth. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 
  • Experience conducting impactful partner check-ins, product updates, and roadmap presentations. 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce for pipeline management and reporting. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel for partner communication and data analysis. 
  • Strong ability to analyze partner data to identify trends and recommend strategic actions. 
  • Process-driven approach to managing a sales pipeline, ensuring timely updates. 
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with high-priority partners. 
  • Capability to address partner challenges and propose actionable solutions to mitigate risk. 
  • Collaborative approach to sharing insights with internal teams to improve partner retention. 
  • Active team player with a self-starter attitude who can manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities. 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring consistent follow-through. 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
