As Product Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day product development across mobile and web, combining strategic vision with execution to deliver high-impact, AI-powered features.

You’ll work closely with design, engineering, and leadership to shape user-centric experiences at the intersection of sports, real-time engagement, and intelligent automation. This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in a profitable, product-led startup with significant ownership and direct influence on both the product and the company’s growth.

👩‍💻 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Full product lifecycle management: from ideation and prototyping to development, release, and iteration;

  • Collaboration with development and design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences;

  • Stakeholder management: gather feedback, manage expectations, ensure alignment between business and technical teams, and communicate progress clearly;

  • Product strategy and roadmap ownership: define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring it supports both business goals and user needs;

  • Requirement gathering and discovery: able to run user interviews, surveys, and competitor research. Knows how to map problems, validate ideas quickly, write clear hypotheses, and define success metrics for experiments or features;

  • Agile process leadership: manage the product backlog, lead sprint planning and retrospectives, and ensure timely delivery in a Scrum environment;

  • Documentation and training: maintain clear product documentation and support onboarding for internal and external stakeholders.
