We're looking for a strong Operations Manager to take full ownership of cross-functional operations across the entire group.

You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing workflows, acting as the CEO’s right hand, and ensuring stable operational efficiency within a scalable structure.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage and systematize the operational activities of the entire group

·       Oversee key workflows: webmaster onboarding, KPI tracking, finance coordination, offer rotation

·       Build operational frameworks between business units: Media, SEO, Services

·       Plan, monitor, and optimize team workflows (from 20 to 100+ people)

·       Establish collaboration across departments: Finance, Buying, Production, Business Development, Tech

·       Support the CEO with both strategic and day-to-day operational tasks

·       Organize meetings, syncs, planning sessions, offboarding, and maintain internal documentation

·       Build and manage systems for tasks and initiatives (ClickUp / Notion / Google Sheets)

·       Formalize internal processes and create a structured knowledge hub

·       Audit existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and launch improvements

·       Set up and monitor SLAs, reporting systems, and dashboards

🧠 Requirements:

·       2+ years of experience in operations management within digital companies (iGaming, affiliate, media buying, SaaS)

·       Proven success in managing teams of 20+ people through structured operational processes

·       Experience building an operational backbone: task management, workflows, prioritization

·       Excellent communication and facilitation skills

·       Experience working with ClickUp, Notion, Google Workspace, Telegram, Slack

·       Ability to multitask and switch contexts quickly

·       Strong business mindset: proactivity, flexibility, and critical thinking

·       Bonus: experience in iGaming or affiliate marketing
