Job description

This is a remote position.


  • Responsibility for the technical optimization and further development of the company’s central Customer Data Management (CDM) platform.
  • Responsibility for the entire product lifecycle, from idea and development to launch.
  • Joint development of the product vision and roadmap for the Customer Data Management platform and management of its implementation.
  • Continuous quality assurance and process optimization of the software in the mentioned CRM areas.
  • Market analyses to identify trends and competitor activities.
  • Translating stakeholder requirements into technical concepts and actionable solutions.
  • Professional leadership and responsibility for the agile product development team.
  • Acting as an interface between IT, internal departments, and external service providers.




Requirements
  • A successfully completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration with a focus on Marketing/CRM, or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 2–3 years of professional experience as a Product Owner in CRM/Customer Data Management, in particular experience in agile software development and/or implementation.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end execution of agile projects—from conceptualization and requirements analysis to development and rollout.
  • A solution-oriented, independent, and pragmatic working style with the ability to holistically consider Customer Data Management from both business and technical perspectives within legal data protection requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a can-do mentality.
