Senior Oracle Financial Functional

The Senior Oracle Cloud Financial Functional Analyst will deliver successful Oracle Cloud ERP and On-prem E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions that help drive business simplification and automation, with a high level of focus on our Financials modules. You will enhance and support the Global Oracle ERP Instance application modules, interfaces, and other related applications within the Financials domain. You will consult with our local and global business partners, gather, and define requirements, configure standard applications, conduct gap analysis and design, and provide end-user support in multiple geographies.

1. Apply your advanced knowledge in the support and enhancement of Oracle Cloud ERP and On-Prem EBS within our Financials modules, interfaces, and other related applications
   • Modules of focus include General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, EPM, EB Tax and Fixed Assets
     
2. Support and enhance the ERP modules, interfaces, and other related applications
   
3. Consult with business partners, domestically and globally, to gather requirements and provide application design, configuration, module set up as well as production support
   
4. Create functional and design documents that align with business requirements and best practices.
   
5. Coordinate user change-request projects and drive them to on-time completion
   
6. Drive business process reengineering and related lean concepts through Oracle ERP systems best practice deployment
   
7. Perform Oracle configurations/setups for Cloud ERP, EPM, R12 EBS and functional module setups
   
8. Work with development teams to communicate functional requirements for code development and test the same on completion
   
9. Support month-end closing and budget processes
   

1. 3+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud modules including GL, AP, AR, FA and Cash Management
   
2. Experience in FCCS, EDM, FAH and ePBCS is preferred
   
3. 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 finance modules
   
4. Basic working knowledge of Oracle SQL
   
5. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
   
6. Strong organizational skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines with reliability and accuracy
   
7. The ability to communicate effectively with business users, managers, peers, project teams, etc.
   
8. Experience working within a retail, manufacturing or distribution environment
   
9. Experience working in a global capacity
   

Minimum Education:

A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, related field

or equivalent experience.

            Minimum Experience:

A minimum of five (5) years of experience, to include advanced functional experience with Oracle Financials modules (General Ledger, A/P and A/R are musts) and at least 2 years in Oracle Cloud.
