We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to help us convert our campaign plans into pipeline. You’ll be the go-to person for campaign execution, automation, and lead flow—making sure everything behind the scenes works so the team can focus on driving growth.
This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role for someone who understands how marketing tech stacks work.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Build, test, and launch email campaigns, nurture flows, and landing pages in HubSpot.
Manage workflows, lead scoring, and automation, keeping things clean and trackable.
Own list segmentation, data pulls, and uploads while maintaining data hygiene.
QA all the small things: form logic, lead routing, UTM tags, and links, making sure everything works as it should.
Automate and template the repetitive stuff so you spend less time rebuilding the basics and have more flexibility to get creative.
Work closely with teammates across marketing, sales, and channels to keep campaigns moving.
Build basic campaign reports and flag what’s working (or not) for fast decision-making and smart pivots.
QUALIFICATIONS
4–6 years of experience in marketing ops and campaign execution.
Deep familiarity with MarTech—preferably HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce (or similar).
Built campaigns, segmented lists, and designed workflows yourself.
Bring strong attention to detail and a troubleshooting mindset: you notice broken links, messy data, and missing tracking before anyone else.
Organize your own work and keep a project on track without being micromanaged.
Comfortable explaining systems or logic to someone who isn’t technical.
Nice to have:
Understanding of lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and buyer journey mapping.
Experience with reporting tools (like Google Analytics and CRM dashboards—even as a consumer).
Familiarity with campaign attribution and tracking methods.
Basic HTML/CSS skills for email tweaks or troubleshooting.
Light copy-editing and graphic skills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
