Salary: P30,000-P50,000 (Salary Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Familiarity with Xero (bookkeeping and payroll)
Experience with AWS admin tools (e.g. APN Portal, Payee Central)
Exposure to Australian B2B invoicing practices
Strong English skills, especially written communication for liaising with clients around invoicing

What will you do?

Basic Bookkeeping:

Assist with Xero bookkeeping tasks such as bank reconciliations and basic transaction entry

Payroll Processing:

Support monthly payroll for our Australian team (approx. 5–10 staff) via Xero

Client Invoicing and Financial Admin:

Prepare and issue invoices via Xero
Reconcile accounts and assist with basic journal entries

AWS Admin Support:

Support administration tasks related to AWS, including use of the AWS APN Portal and Payee Central
