Schedule: Monday to Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

2-3 years proven experience as construction estimation/quantity surveyor particularly in Carpark projects
Expertise in interpreting and marking up construction plans using Active Take-Off software
Experience in preparing cost estimates, tenders, and quotes for concrete-related projects, including materials, labor, and overhead analysis
Familiarity with construction codes and industry standards related to concrete and general construction practices
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing estimates and reviewing plans to avoid costly errors
Proficiency in using AutoCAD
