Position Responsibilities:Budget & Forecast incoming M&A firms including revenues, personnel, and operating expenses.Update YTD insights to enable Practice Group Leadership to track and manage billings, AR, WIP, and Cash CollectedAssign bill & cost rates to new hiresUpdate personnel attributes on a monthly basisUpdate the firmwide Budget & Forecast in Workday Adaptive Insights as neededInvestigate ad hoc budget & forecast inquiries as neededHelp team maintain working models to forecast revenue and personnel staffing needsCritically review analyses to see trends or outliers and escalate appropriatelyAssist in reviewing and testing accuracy of Power BI dashboardsEmbrace new & evolving processes and workflows based on evolution of both the FP&A team and the firmDrive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function. Ad Hoc projects: Work closely with finance department, senior management, and departmental leads to provide & maintain meaningful analysesIdentify ways to improve efficiency & awareness of financial reporting and dashboards.
