FULL TIME​

IMPORTANT: Must possess extensive skills and experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, widget development, and system integration. Proficiency in these areas is critical for success in this role.

We are seeking a Senior Zoho Developer with extensive experience in designing, developing, and supporting Zoho applications across the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills combined with exceptional English written and verbal communication abilities, including the confidence to handle client phone calls. This role involves direct client interaction, seamless system integrations, and custom solution development, requiring a proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Zoho Configuration & Development
  • Develop, customize, and optimize Zoho applications using Deluge script, APIs, and widgets.
  • Create Zoho Creator applications, custom HTML pages, and CRM canvas views.
  • Build error-free, functional applications tailored to project requirements.
  • Client Support & Communication
    • Provide first-line Help Desk support for Zoho applications via email and phone.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to address system changes, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support.
    • Assist with onboarding new clients, including form design, training, and guidance.
  • Integration & Migration
    • Implement and integrate systems such as Stripe, Xero, Zoho Books, and Zoho Inventory.
    • Manage and reconcile data migrations using Zoho Analytics to ensure accuracy.
  • Training & Documentation
    • Prepare user guides, training materials, and marketing documents.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of project workflows, timesheets, and milestones.
  • General Administration
    • Manage user accounts, including setup, modifications, and troubleshooting.
    • Follow up on Zoho support tickets and ensure all client documents are securely filed.
  • Project Management
    • Collaborate on task estimations and project requirements outlined in Zoho Projects.
    • Ensure timely updates of task statuses, milestones, and deliverables.


    Requirements
    1. Zoho Ecosystem Expertise
    • Extensive experience with Zoho One, CRM, Creator, Books, Inventory, Desk, Flow, Forms, Sign, Writer, and Zoho Analytics.
    • Proficient in developing with Deluge script and API integrations.
  • Technical Skills
    • Strong coding skills in HTML, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
    • Hands-on experience with data migration and reconciliation.
    • Ability to configure third-party integrations, including Stripe and Xero.
  • Communication Skills
    • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
    • Confident and professional phone manner for client-facing interactions.
    • Ability to prepare clear, concise training materials and respond effectively to written enquiries.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving
    • Robust testing capabilities to identify and resolve system issues.
    • Ability to improve and optimize workflows and system configurations.
  • Client-Facing Skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with clients during onboarding and support.
    • Experience designing client onboarding processes and providing training.
  • Project Management Skills
    • Proficiency in using Zoho Projects or similar tools to manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Detail-oriented approach to updating documentation and timesheets.
  • Soft Skills
    • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
    • Adaptability to perform various administrative and technical tasks based on business needs.


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior experience with Zoho development in a consulting or service-oriented environment.
    • Familiarity with the finance and accounting processes involved in Zoho Books/Xero integration.
    • Certification in Zoho applications or related platforms.

    Work Environment & Expectations

    While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

    ⏱ Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

    Benefits
    1.   Monthly Salary: Php 85,000
    2.   Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
    3.   You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
    4.   Probation: 6 months and after Probation              

    • 10 days annual leave credits
    •  5 days of sick leave
    5. HMO Offered after 6-month probation
    6. 13th Month Pay after 30 days

    8. Laptop provided after 30 days
    9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
    10. SHIFT TIMES: 6AM to 3PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
