At Crimson, you will operate at the intersection of education, innovation, and impact,  contributing to the development of the next generation of global leaders.

About Enrichment Products

Crimson’s Enrichment vertical comprises a suite of fast-growing, impact-driven programs designed to help students build real-world experience, develop leadership skills, and strengthen their university admissions profiles. This role supports the recruitment of tutors, mentors, and consultants across key products including Capstone, Indigo Research, FAO, IB, Honors, SAT, and others.

What You’ll Do

As the Recruitment Associate for Enrichment Mentors, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-caliber mentors across multiple products. You will work closely with the Head of Recruitment to build and manage a high-quality, globally distributed mentor pool, ensuring that each product has the right talent in place to deliver exceptional outcomes for students.

This role blends hands-on recruitment operations with high-context matchmaking. You’ll need agility, attention to detail, and excellent communication to navigate varied product needs while maintaining high quality and speed.

You will:

  • Source outstanding mentor candidates across academic fields and industries (via LinkedIn, referrals, universities, accelerators, etc.)
  • Manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously, conducting outreach and screening for subject expertise, teaching experience, and student fit
  • Coordinate interview logistics, onboarding workflows, and team handovers
  • Track mentor supply, demand, and hiring health across different Enrichment products
  • Draft and update job descriptions, mentor briefs, and candidate-facing content
  • Proactively address urgent mentor needs or product-specific capacity gaps
  • Optimize recruitment systems, outreach strategies, and internal documentation

Who You Are

You are a resourceful and results-driven team member who enjoys fast-paced, global work and thrives on connecting the right people to the right roles.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, operations, or project coordination, ideally in EdTech or a mission-driven environment
  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident juggling multiple workstreams
  • Communicate clearly, follow through reliably, and handle ambiguity with poise
  • Bring cultural fluency and ease working across time zones and remote teams
  • Are passionate about education and bring a hands-on, solution-oriented approach

What Success Looks Like

  • Each Enrichment product has a strong, diverse, and well-matched mentor pool
  • Mentor shortages and hiring bottlenecks are identified and resolved early
  • New hires are efficiently onboarded and meet or exceed quality expectations
  • Internal teams trust you as a dependable, high-performing recruitment partner
  • Systems are continuously improved to support scale without sacrificing quality
