Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for an Integration Manager. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Purpose of the Role:

You’ll be the technical backbone of our integration process, ensuring smooth and reliable client onboarding through API-based solutions.
You’ll analyze client needs, consult on API integrations, and proactively identify issues before they arise — helping us deliver a seamless, high-performance experience.
Your work will support critical vendor communications, improve system reliability, and ensure our integration environment runs like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configuration and maintaining of integration environment
  • Analysis of clients' requirements and API integration consulting
  • Troubleshooting and system monitoring and analysis
  • Preventing issues, providing reliability and improving performance
  • Communicating vendor requirements to the development team
Required Experience:
  • Ability to work according to a fixed schedule: from 01:00 PM to 09:00 PM (CET)
  • Strong knowledge of network technologies, concepts and generally how the modern Internet works
  • Good understanding of API communication, experience with logging, error monitoring systems, and ability to reading log files or error traces
  • Knowing of SQL basics
  • Good debugging, analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Upper-intermediate English
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
Nice to have:
  • Previous experience as a technical account manager, manual QA, or technical support specialist of field-specific education
  • Intermediate or upper-intermediate Russian
