HCL Commerce Leader - Job Description - 8+ Years

Ensure effective utilization of environments so that they are used in the most cost-efficient way
Ensure the design and architecture of the hosted infrastructure supports the technical needs of the business
Ensure that there are DR plans in place to meet agreed SLAs and ensure feature parity across Data Centres
Define and implement consistent and robust support and change processes that are well documented and in line with agreed standards
Work with Delivery Teams to define the correct infrastructure for their needs
Implement monitoring of the infrastructure to ensure that system performance is optimal and that potential issues are actioned before becoming service impacting
Work with the Infosec team to ensure compliance to security policy
Work with the Corporate Networks team to ensure that infrastructure is aligned with global networks strategy
Be a driver for Operational Excellence from your team
Be the escalation point for Infrastructure issues
