Reporting to the SVP Retail, the District Manager is a key role in shaping the success of our retail operations. You will be responsible for overseeing 12-15 stores. You will create strategies for recruiting, developing, training and retaining our store teams. You will foster the growth of store managers, ensuring they deliver an outstanding employee and customer experience, uphold operational excellence, execute impeccable merchandising, and achieve maximum productivity and profitability. The District Manager is accountable for achieving sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) while enhancing community engagement and promoting elevated services.
This is a remote position that includes frequent travel for in-store visits to engage with store teams and ensure adherence to company standards across all stores. Since you'll be expected to spend an average of 4 days per week working in our stores, we are looking for candidates based in the Midwest, Northeast, or DC Metro area.

Qualifications:
The annual base salary range for this role is $115k - $175k. It is important to note that our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size, industry, and the market and are one part of the total rewards that we provide. Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, scope of the role, and internal peer benchmarking.
