We work collaboratively across functions and regions to coordinate and monitor front-line activities, ensuring that the business stays well-protected. As a member of the team, you will be among the first to engage with the Risk Lifecycle of various functions and embedded business applications, and services.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated COO Risk intern to join our Digital Resilience team, focusing on Digital and Information Risk Management. In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing our first-line digital and technology operations risk and control activities.
Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring that our digital and information risk management processes are robust and effective, aligning with the organization's strategic objectives. We are looking for someone who can elevate our overarching operational risk management procedures to the next level
The Digital Resilience function is embedded in the COO Risk Management area. Allianz Technology Digital Resilience supports the COO function of the Allianz Technology Group in monitoring the risk situation in companies worldwide. Our team guides the business units in proactively managing their operational risks through control activities and ensuring the effectiveness of key controls.
What you do
- You will support the COO Risk Officer in various activities related to risk management
- Support on project coordination
- Actively support risk management lifecycle activities, such as NFRM (Non-Financial Risk Management) and DIRM (Digital and Information Risk Management)
- Collaborate with our team on presentation slides (e.g., risk awareness campaigns, reporting, internal training, etc.)
- Assist our team in tracking the status of various processe
What you bring
- Currently in the final year of studies in a relevant field such as Engineering, Information Management, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for effective content and task management
- Interest in Project Management and basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practicle use
- Ability to analyze data and identify potential risks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks, with a positive attitude and adaptability to a dynamic work environment
