Job description

Let’s talk about this role

As the Strategy Manager, you are responsible for supporting the strategy governance process and frameworks that apply to Group corporate strategy, as well as the development of individual business strategies across the various business divisions.

This role provides clear strategic recommendations, backed by strong data analysis, commercial acumen and financial modelling. Once strategies are established, this role is central to tracking performance against key goals and reporting performance to both management and the Board.

In addition, this role supports our productivity agenda, conducting analysis on current performance against targets and recommending opportunities for improvement.

Let’s talk about you

The ideal candidate for this role will bring 4+ years in a top-tier consultancy firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or a related strategic advisory role.

You have a strong ability to interpret market trends, competitor strategies, and investment opportunities, supported by advanced data analysis and financial modelling skills. You excel at synthesising complex data into clear, strategic recommendations for senior executives.

Additionally, you bring strong stakeholder engagement and management capabilities, collaborating effectively across multiple functions such as Finance, Products, and Marketing.

We know some people only apply when they meet every requirement. We’re always on the lookout for curious individuals who will add to the culture – so if this role resonates with you and you have relevant experience, we’d love to hear from you!
