What You’ll Do

Solve complex backend challenges using high-quality code
Design, build, maintain, and evolve scalable backend services and APIs (e.g., FastAPI, Django REST)
Define and own the architecture of large components and platforms
Collaborate closely with ML, product, frontend, and infrastructure teams to deliver end-to-end systems
Maintain excellence in testing, CI/CD, and code reviews
Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, promoting best practices
Contribute to software regulated as medical devices, ensuring quality and compliance

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent experience
5+ years in backend development (full lifecycle delivery)
Strong experience with FastAPI and/or Django REST framework
Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and system design
Experience with cloud-native systems (AWS preferred), containerization, and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Proficiency with CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitLab CI, Docker pipelines)
