What you will be doing:

Working within the Client Engagement team as a Global Client & Business Management Assistant to assist in Business Management related responsibilities and support/assist the Global Client Engagement team in their day-to-day activities and in client service related tasks.  There will be a focus on alleviating the routine and annual tasks required from Settlement Members and clients as part of the CLS process along with client data and pipeline maintenance and reporting. It will include assistance in data collection and supporting management reporting tasks which include support of the SEC pack creation and PVI reporting process. An important part of this job includes assisting the Global Business Manager with the management of Risk and Control responsibilities to support the CLS Risk Culture.  This includes collaborating with Business Risk & Control (BR&C), ORM and Compliance Risk Management.  Key responsibilities are:

 

  • Assist Client Engagement Business Manager (CEBM) with data collection, management and preparation for SEC monthly reports and reporting of KPI monthly updates during the Global CE monthly meetings, alongside ongoing Global KPI file updates for use and review by CELT
  • Support CEBM with preparation and production of additional materials that fall within the BM remit, including supporting materials that contribute to CE and other departments policies and procedures in respect to Client engagement
  • Key liaison and management of requests from Comms/Marketing (i.e. marketing influence on opportunities, holiday cards etc.)
  • Support the Client Engagement team by resolving and responding to day-to-day client queries.   Responsible for ensuring that all day-to-day issues will be responded to and resolved in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coordinate responses from Client managers and/or follow up as required directly with clients to monthly, annual and ad hoc processes and documentation required by CLS of our Members and clients
  • Managing the process and communicating with the client for FX Global Code Statement of Commitment (SoC) Requests to be published on the CLS Index
  • Work with Business Management to support the global sales effort as required
  • Collaborate with BR&C, ORM and Compliance Risk Management to maintain a strong Risk Culture with CE that is paramount to CLS success

  • Prior experience in financial markets useful. Understanding of the FX market as a whole.
