As an HR Associate at G-P you will support the end to end timekeeping process for our customers and their professionals in Taiwan, helping to support our customers queries, preparing reports and ensuring data accuracy.

Please note this is a fixed term contract until 31st of December to cover parental leave and we require someone who can start immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Monthly time sheet tracking and reporting
  • Arrangement of professionals’ health check and keeping track of health reports
  • Preparation of certification letter
  • Other HR-related duties
  • Other ad hoc work as assigned

What we’re looking for: 

  • 2-3 years experience working in HR
  • Experience in timekeeping
  • Candidate must have basic Taiwan overtime knowledge
  • Candidate must have experience and comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Vlookup
