We specialize in staff augmentation and AI-powered tech solutions, working with clients from high-growth startups to established enterprises. Our headquarters is in the U.S., with a subsidiary in Tashkent and consultants and contractors distributed across multiple countries. We’re a lean, global team that values speed, ownership, and results over red tape.

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Financial Analyst to help monitor and manage the financial health of our software development agency. You’ll be directly involved in overseeing invoicing, managing global payments, tracking project profitability, and delivering insight-driven reports that inform strategic decisions. If you’re comfortable working across time zones, currencies, and spreadsheets—and you thrive in fast-moving environments with real impact—you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor the overall financial performance of the company, with a focus on cash flow, revenue, and cost structures
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Bill.com
  • Generate and track client invoices, follow up on payments, and manage payment workflows
  • Execute and document international wire transfers to contractors and subsidiaries around the world
  • Track project-level profitability, margins, and team allocations using Google Sheets
  • Build and maintain dashboards and models for forecasting, reporting, and financial health monitoring
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and board reporting
  • Assist with budgeting, reforecasting, and long-term financial planning
  • Help prepare documentation for audits and compliance

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or financial operations
  • Solid experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO), Bill.com, and Google Sheets
  • Strong Excel/Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation, dashboards)
  • Experience managing invoicing, payments, and cash flow across international entities
  • Clear understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a bias for action
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)—you’ll work closely with U.S.-based leadership and global team members
  • Bonus: Progress toward ACCA, CIMA, or similar credentials is a plus
  • Bonus: Familiarity with global tax compliance and multi-currency operations

Benefits

Why Join Us

  • Work remotely or from our Tashkent office (near “Tashkent” metro station)
  • Be part of a global tech company with real responsibility and ownership
  • Collaborate with experienced leaders and fast-growing startups in the U.S. and beyond
