About the Role

As a Quality Analyst at Aspire, you will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of software quality. Your proficiency in manual testing methodologies will ensure a seamless and reliable experience for our users.


What You'll Do 
  • Analyze business requirements and technical documentation to gain a comprehensive understanding of the system from both technical and business perspectives

  • Develop detailed test cases and test sets based on project requirements and documentation

  • Execute various types of testing, including Black Box, Gray Box, Acceptance, Functional, Integration, Regression, System, Database, End-to-End, and Smoke testing

  • Accurately document and report defects, identifying software and functional issues based on test outcomes

  • Execute and maintain manual test cases

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders

  • Develop, update, and interpret data relevant to quality assurance practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards

  • Proactively identify, log, and track defects, providing assistance in diagnosing and resolving errors

  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to support and refine QA processes and initiatives

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Foundational understanding of software testing principles

  • Basic knowledge of QA processes and workflows

  • Ability to analyze and interpret business processes

  • Broad understanding of various software testing methodologies

  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.

  • Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO / SOC or similar
