As a Quality Analyst at Aspire, you will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of software quality. Your proficiency in manual testing methodologies will ensure a seamless and reliable experience for our users.
Analyze business requirements and technical documentation to gain a comprehensive understanding of the system from both technical and business perspectives
Develop detailed test cases and test sets based on project requirements and documentation
Execute various types of testing, including Black Box, Gray Box, Acceptance, Functional, Integration, Regression, System, Database, End-to-End, and Smoke testing
Accurately document and report defects, identifying software and functional issues based on test outcomes
Execute and maintain manual test cases
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders
Develop, update, and interpret data relevant to quality assurance practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards
Proactively identify, log, and track defects, providing assistance in diagnosing and resolving errors
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to support and refine QA processes and initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
Foundational understanding of software testing principles
Basic knowledge of QA processes and workflows
Ability to analyze and interpret business processes
Broad understanding of various software testing methodologies
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO / SOC or similar
