We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Specialist to join our product team. As a Product Specialist, your pivotal role involves supporting the Product team and product managers to ensure the successful execution of the product strategy, including contributing to marketing initiatives that align with our ambitious sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding customer needs, a strategic mindset for product management, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role
- Collaborate closely with the Product team and product managers to assist in the planning, development, and execution of product strategies
- Assist and gradually take ownership of recurring product processes to enhance overall operational efficiency within the team
- Contribute to the creation of sales tools and marketing documents for the partner and reseller audience
- Maintain and prepare product pricing within our platform and internal pricelists
- Collect and analyze market data to orient marketing strategies and partner offers
- Analyze sales results periodically and during promotional activities
- Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate a smooth flow of information and coordinate efforts towards successful day-to-day operations
- Work with the development, operations, sales, marketing and technical support teams to guaranty the product’s success on the market
Here's what you need to have and master to get the job
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in product management or similar
- Excellent English skills, both spoken and written, are essential, French an asset
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Power BI (or other BI tools) is considered an asset
- You have a thirst for learning and a definite interest in the field of technology
- Love of technology, especially modern internet technologies
- Knowledge of relevant domains like Managed Service Providers, Cybersecurity, and/or Continuity.
