Job description

ABOUT TIDE

At Tide, we are building a business management platform designed to save small businesses time and money. We provide our members with business accounts and related banking services, but also a comprehensive set of connected administrative solutions from invoicing to accounting.

Launched in 2017, Tide is now used by over 1 million small businesses across the world and is available to UK, Indian and German SMEs. Headquartered in central London, with offices in Sofia, Hyderabad, Delhi, Berlin and Belgrade, Tide employs over 2,000 employees.

Tide is rapidly growing, expanding into new products and markets and always looking for passionate and driven people. Join us in our mission to empower small businesses and help them save time and money.

ABOUT THE TEAM:

You’re an experienced Product Manager with a broad skill set—driven, analytical, and strategic—with a customer focus and strong problemsolving skills.

You’ll be responsible for our Membership Plans in multiple markets. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of how we structure, package, and deliver value to our members as we continue to scale. You’ll drive the vision for our subscription offerings, ensuring they are flexible, competitive, and aligned with member needs.

You’ll be working across the business with multiple stakeholders to optimise and enhance our subscription experience. This includes defining and refining subscription tiers, benefits, and pricing models while ensuring seamless lifecycle management—from signup and upgrades to renewals and cancellations.

You’ll be joining a team of Product Managers within our Member Engagement Marketing (MEM) group, which is responsible for driving engagement, retention, and longterm member value. Our Subscription Plans are at the heart of this, ensuring that members clearly understand and experience the full value of their Tide membership. You’ll collaborate closely with our Billing, Payments, Marketing, Data, and Finance teams to create a frictionless, transparent, and engaging subscription journey—one that goes beyond the typical Membership experience and delivers longterm member satisfaction.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
  • Defining the vision and strategy for the future of Tide’s Subscriptions platform, working alongside our Business teams and collaborating across all product areas to deliver a seamless and engaging subscription experience.
  • Continuously prioritising the product backlog and working closely with the Engineering team to enhance the full subscription lifecycle; from signup and upgrades to renewals and cancellations.
  • Improving ways of working and daytoday processes to ensure multiple stakeholders are aligned on complex subscription management challenges, including pricing, bundling, and benefit delivery.
  • Monitoring, owning, and understanding KPIs related to subscriptions and member engagement, making datadriven decisions and recommendations to enhance retention and drive longterm value.
  • Leading creative solutions to make Tide’s subscription experience a true USP, collaborating with UX and Design to develop innovative features that go beyond standard SaaS models.
    • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
      • You have several years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally focusing on Subscriptions, Memberships, or Productled growth features.
      • You are a confident problem solver, with strong logic and reasoning skills.
      • You’re comfortable working with legal and finance stakeholders to ensure our subscription models are compliant with regulatory requirements.
      • You’re datadriven, using insights to prioritise future enhancements.
      • You have a strong understanding of the business market and its unique subscription needs.
      • You think with a customercentric mindset, always looking to deliver exceptional user experiences that drive engagement and retention.
      • You can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, working effectively with technical product requirements.
      • You have a proven ability to develop global solutions that can be adapted to incorporate local market requirements and ensure their success.
      • You have experience working across multiple engineering teams, managing and understanding technical requirements.
      • You have some experience working in a startup, scaleup, or a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
        • WHAT YOU’LL GET IN RETURN:
          • MELP flexible benefit app (50 EUR per month accruing does not include Health Insurance)
          • 25 days paid annual leave
          • 3 paid days off for volunteering or L&D activities
          • Parental Leave days (according to statutory)
          • FamilyFriendly Leave (according to statutory + extended from Tide)
          • Personal L&D budget in the amount of 500 EUR per year

          • WFH equipment allowance
          • Sabbatical Leave
          • Share options
