At GEA, we are looking for a Service Lifecycle Manager to join our Business Unit Food Processing & Packaging (FPP). In this role, you will help shape the future of our global Service offering by developing innovative, future-proof solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Responsibilities / Tasks
As a Service Lifecycle Manager of our Business Unit Food Processing & Packaging you have a crucial role in developing our Service offerings to being state-of-the-art and future-proof as well as driving our transformational journey from transactional to recurring business. Our aim is to provide our customers with excellent Service along the complete lifecycle of our machines. Your strong communication skills will enable you to strongly collaborate with our global organization and diverse stakeholders.
Your tasks & responsibilities:
Development and promotion of best-in-class service product portfolio to fulfil customer expectations and enhance their competitiveness (e.g. Service Level Agreements, Digital Products, Remote Service).
Drive Service innovation guided by customer performance thinking and industry-benchmarking.
Drive and manage synergetic collaboration with relevant interfaces like engineering or digital unit to ensure early involvement in component/tool design (design to serviceability).
Continuously challenge status-quo of our internal Service processes and initiate according optimization measures.
Close collaboration and alignment with Product Management of FHT Division and our local country offices.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration.
Deeply rooted in technical solutions and at the same time experience with innovative and state-of-the-art Service portfolios.
Experience in business development.
Business-driven, conceptual and hands-on.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across the globe and diverse organizational levels.
Strong indirect leadership and change competences.
Very good English skills.
