As a Retention & Growth Manager, you will play a key role in our commercial transformation by leading contract renegotiations with existing clients. Your mission: ensure client retention and drive portfolio growth through upselling, cross-selling, and offer optimization.
You will manage contract migrations and commercial negotiations with clients at the local market level, working closely with multiple internal teams (Legal, Finance, InfoSec, Technical, and Client Services). Your goal: ensure successful renegotiations that align with our strategic objectives.
